Accessibility Policy Statement and Services
The Krewe of Krampus and One Krewe are committed to providing services, assistance, and support to our members and supporters with disabilities, to the best of our ability and within our budget limitations.

Accessibility Row
Accessibility Row is located at Lycée Francis International de la Louisiane (school) at 721 St. Philip Street in the French Quarter. You will see signs in front of the school, so you will know you are in the right place. To access the area there are curb cuts at the corner of St. Philip and Royal, another at St. Philip and Bourbon, and there is a wide driveway apron (1/4” level change) into the parking lot. Accessibility Row covers the sidewalk and behind the short fence at the school. The viewing areas on school property are on grass and paved surfaces. We will not have any seating, so we do recommend bringing a folding chair if you need to sit.

There are no bathrooms at this location. The closest would be at LaFitte’s Blacksmith Shop located at 941 Bourbon Street.

There will not be an ASL interpreter or a team visually describing the parade at this event.

Accessible Parking
There are some accessible parking spots available in the paved lot directly adjacent to the school. Those spots can be reserved by sending an email to info@onekrewe.org.

There is also street parking along the parade route and on nearby streets. The closest paid parking lots are Premium Parking at 420 N. Rampart St. (near the start of parade route: 0.6 miles from Accessibility Row), Go Parking at 939 Toulouse St.. (near the start of parade route: 0.7 miles from Accessibility Row), or Premium Parking at 406 N. Peters St. (near the end of parade route: 0.7 miles from Accessibility Row).

Accessible Route Finders
For accessibility information on getting around New Orleans, we recommend utilizing the RTA Map for bus and streetcar routes and the Roll Mobility app.

Sensory Bags and Portable Sensory Tent
Our sensory bags are provided free of charge to support guests with sensory sensitivities, including individuals with autism, PTSD, ADHD, or anxiety. They can be checked out near the One Krewe tent. A photo ID or other form of collateral (e.g., car keys) is required to borrow a sensory bag. There is also a portable sensory tent in the back corner of the parking lot.

Service Animals
As per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), all service animals are welcome. However, no other animals are permitted for the safety of all event attendees, including non-ADA service animals.

Mobility Scooter / Wheelchair Rental
We will not have any mobility devices available to rent at our event, so we recommend you contact mobility companies directly for rentals.

Please contact us at info@onekrewe.org if you have any questions or additional needs.
